I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The noise from traffic made it hard to sleep, and I found some mildew issues in the room. On the other hand, the staff was genuinely friendly and remarkably helpful, especially when we needed printing assistance. The location is perfect, right in the center of everything, which I really appreciated.

The room had some cleanliness issues, particularly with mildew, and I was disappointed to find that only towels were left on the bed. The noise from the traffic was quite unbearable and made it tough to get a good night's sleep.

The service was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond when my son needed to print something, and they were always friendly and accommodating. However, I felt a bit frustrated when I was offered a charger for $30 when I really just needed to charge my phone.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the middle of everything! However, the area can be a bit intimidating due to the number of transient people around.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which is wonderfully located near downtown and convenient to various attractions. The rooms are spacious, but the overall condition was a bit disappointing, especially in the bathrooms. The service left much to be desired, as the staff were not as helpful or clear as they should have been. Overall, it's a decent value for the location, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
